Privacy Policy — Cat Go!
XO Labs · Last updated 9 September 2026
This policy explains what information the mobile game Cat Go!
(package com.xoproductions.catgo, “the Game”), published by XO Labs
(“we”, “us”), collects and how it is used. It applies only to Cat Go!. Our other apps have
their own policies.
The short version
- We do not ask you for your name, email address, or any account sign-in to play.
- Your game progress is stored on your device, not on our servers.
- If you make a purchase, our payment partner processes it and tells us that you own it. We never see or store your card details.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information collected
1. Stored on your device only
Game progress — coins, unlocked companions, upgrades, settings and whether you have purchased ad removal — is written to your device's local storage. It is not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.
2. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment card, bank details or billing address.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and to remember what you are entitled to across reinstalls and devices. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app user identifier, the purchase receipt issued by the store, and basic device and country information. This identifier is not linked to your name or email address.
| Partner | Purpose | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Play Billing | Processing in-app purchases | policies.google.com/privacy |
| RevenueCat, Inc. | Purchase validation and entitlement management | revenuecat.com/privacy |
3. Advertising
The Game may show advertisements, including optional rewarded video that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. Advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), approximate location derived from IP address, and information about how you interact with ads, in order to select and measure advertising.
You can limit this at any time using Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device, where you can delete or opt out of the advertising ID.
Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
Your rights
Because the Game does not collect information that identifies you personally, we usually cannot locate records relating to a specific individual. You can still:
- Delete your data — uninstalling the Game removes all locally stored progress.
- Reset advertising identifiers — via your Android privacy settings.
- Request deletion of purchase records — contact us with your order number from Google Play and we will ask our payment partner to delete the associated records, subject to the retention we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR (EEA/UK) or the CCPA (California), including rights of access, correction and deletion. Contact us to exercise them.
Data retention
Purchase and entitlement records are retained by our payment partners for as long as needed to honour your purchase and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Local game progress is retained on your device until you delete it.
Security
Data transmitted between the Game and our partners is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Game changes — for example, when advertising or new purchases are introduced. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and the current version will always be available at this address.
